Payment & KYC issues
Payments, identity verification, refunds, and the on-chain transfer are handled by Coinbase. For those, Coinbase support is the fastest route — see their Help Center. We're glad to help point you there.
Where does my issue go? If it's about how the website works (the buy panel, wallet validation, a bug, a partnership), that's us — email support@pay-castle.com. If it's about a specific payment, a charge on your card, identity verification, or a transfer that's delayed, that's Coinbase, since they process and deliver. We never have access to your payment or transaction records.
